Due to the intimate nature of the products we sell, all sales are final.
At The Obsidian Room, we prioritize your privacy, hygiene, and safety. For these reasons, we do not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges on any products unless an item arrives damaged or defective.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged or is found to be defective upon opening, we’re here to help. Please email us within 7 days of receiving your order at support@theobsidianroom.com with the following:
Your full name and order number
A brief description of the issue
Clear photos of the product and packaging
We will evaluate your request and, if approved, offer a replacement or issue store credit at our discretion.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are strictly non-returnable under any circumstances:
Lingerie, intimate apparel, and undergarments
Toys or tools that come in contact with skin or fluids
Lubricants, oils, candles, or consumables
Wellness items (including bath products, massagers, etc.)
Gift cards
We reserve the right to deny any request that does not meet our hygiene and safety standards.
Discretion & Confidentiality
All returns and support requests are handled with complete discretion. We do not share your personal information or order details with third parties.
Important Notes
We do not offer refunds for shipping delays or package misdelivery caused by incorrect addresses.
If your order is marked “delivered” by the carrier but you haven’t received it, please contact the shipping provider directly.
